On the route there are some fairly steep hills but none of them are bumpy, rooty or flinty. They are quite smooth going but fast, so do not assume that full concentration is not required. This is a nice route for all of the family although care must be taken on the steep sections. On the other hand experienced riders will enjoy flying round the fast trails.
