About trip
Walk from Bowgie Inn free car park along coast path following the estuary into woodland tracks heading inland following some seldom used tracks through lovely rural views before heading back towards the start via some rolling grass dunes and sea views. Farmer has not kept the track obvious in one short section heading South to Carvick, approx half way.
