About trip
This walk begins in Sicklinghall and heads north east through Stockeld Park before crossing the Harrogate to Wetherby road and continuing to join the Harland Way which follows the course of a disused railway to Wetherby. From the town the walk follows the River Wharfe upstream before cutting off through the town golf course to Linton and then follows a bridleway road and fields to Lime Kiln Wood and then to Sicklinghall House and back to the village.
