The first section of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. The section between Amroth & Wiseman's Bridge is fairly level once gaining height. The rock formations on the beach at Coppet Hall Point are well worth exploring. The section between Saundersfoot & Tenby has a series of significant descents and ascents but ultimately spectacular views of Tenby as you approach from the North-east.
