About trip
Steep climb out of Muker to join Pennine Way. Follow almost to Keld but cross river by Kisdon Force. Head to Crackpot and take narrow track up Swinnigill until reach bridge. Climb up left side of valley with derelict buildings on the left & keep going until join track. Follow up and over moor, sweeping to the right and down towards Gunnerside. Join road - either follow road till bridge or cross fields to field paths by river until reach bridge, Over bridge & return to Muker
