St Albans- Oaklands, Sandridge, Wheathanstead, Kimpton, Whitwell, Ayots and back to Oaklands. Steep downhill in Whitwell (10%). Parts of Waterend Land may be a bit challenging for road bikes after heavy rain (loose gravel, water and mud), but ok for my CX
