Heads to Hawkshead Hill and into Grizedale Forest, joinIng the Hawkshead Moor Trail to Moor Top car park and then the Silurian Way along the eastern side before dropping to the road. Heads back up Dale Park and around Esthwaite Water to Sawrey, then High Wray before NCN6 back to Ambleside.
