08/01/2023 GW/AW. Good walk around the city and suburbs. Looked at a working windmill unique in that it had 5 double sails. River Ouse had burst its bank. Distance 12.19 miles. Duration 7 hours and 43 minutes including breakfast shopping and boozing. Height gain 310 feet.
