Circular Walk taking in the Rumps & Pentire Point. 

Great view up the Camel Estuary towards Padstow.  

You can extend it by taking a stroll around the Rumps. The Rumps is a cliff castle located on a narrow walkway leading to twin headlands, estimated to be inhabited from 200BC-100AD. 

I grew up in Polzeath so probably a little biased but it sure is in the top stretches of the SW Coast Path.
