Locko Park, Dale Abbey and Derby Canal

This is a varied countryside trail taking in a mix of sights and terrains as you make your way round. This includes winding through Locko Park, Ockbrook and Hermit's Woods, with a loop around Dale Abbey, before returning to the start via Risely and Borrowash through the farmlands. Take care on the rougher sections of this trail, especially in wetter conditions. Appropriate footwear is advised. Care is also needed along the road sections. Also be aware of livestock that may be along these field paths.
