Description -: Circular walk from Meerbrook to top of Gun Hill via Thorneyleigh Green Farm. From Gun Hill descend to Fould and onto Abbey Green. Then follow the Staffordshire Moorlands Walk to North Hillswood Farm. The final part is through the west side of Tittesworth reservoir (more interesting than the road) to Meerbrook.
Meeting Place and Time -: Astbury Mere for departure at 9.00am
Directions to Start -: Go to Rushton Spencer via Beat Lane or Bosley Crossroads. At the end of the village, bear left at the Royal Oak pub and then turn first left. Follow road signs to Meerbrook. On arriving at Meerbrook, turn first right into the road opposite St Matthews church and park on the road.
