DESCRIPTION ––Langley – Teggs Nose – Macclesfield Forest

DIRECTIONS TO START OF WALK – The walk starts from the layby opposite the Ridgegate Reservoir near Leather’s Smithy - nearest postcode SK11 0NE

Our suggested route is as follows:-

- take A54 towards Bosley crossroads

- turn left onto A523 towards Macclesfield

- after 2.7 miles turn right into Robin Lane

- continue onto Walker Lane

- turn left onto Hall Lane

- turn right onto Church Lane

- turn right onto Langley Road, slight left onto Main Road and continue onto Clarke Lane

- go past the Leather’s Smithy on the left hand side

- park in the layby opposite the reservoir, as close as possible to the Leather’s Smithy
