About trip

The car park is at the northern end of Whitesands Bay; a popular and expansive beach. You can get refreshments here and there are public toilets. It gets busy in the high season.

If you decide to walk anti-clockwise the track follows the coast path until turning inland at the southern end of Maen Bachau towards Treginnis Isaf. Great views of Ramsey Island from the cliffs and the possibility of spotting seals and porpoises in Ramsey Sound; although I’ve walked this stretch several times and failed to spot any! You may be more lucky. In high season there are boat trips from St Justinian’s.
