Takes about 2.5 hours (or 1.5 hours if you start at scrubtor carpark) across countryside and through attractive pine forest, around one of the mining heritage Tamar Trails. Some lovely views across to Cornwall. Hardcore or dirt path throughout, and with some steep parts.
