The Petzl Night Runner Grizedale 10K

The 10k course starts and finishes at Grizedale Visitors Centre. The course is a single loop which climbs for the first half and then descends for the second half. The climbs are not too steep, but they will certainly test your legs and lungs. The surface is a mixture of gravel and trail path which is good underfoot. Both the climbs and the descents are gradual rather than steep. The course will be heavily marshalled as well as having directional signs and sticks with reflective tape on.
