Leave car at Tyndrum and take train to Dalmally. Follow the 5 Degree W (5degreeswest.co.uk). 

{NNE along the Glen Etive road beyond Dalness to reach the start of the Lairig Eilde path. Follow to the summit of the pass then leave the path to head due W to gain the summit of Stob Coirre Sgreamhach by its E corrie and S ridge. From the summit continue on the path leading to Bidean nam Beann to arrive at the col above the Lost Valley. Drop down into the valley and follow to Glen Coe}

Accommodation: wild camp or Clachaig Inn 4 km off route.

route N over Glen Kinglass and Glen Etive to Glen Coe. From Glen Coe take short section of Aonach Eagach to Stob Dearg and path down to Kinlochrannoch. (If carrying big rucksacks avoid Aonach Eagach and take WHW over Devil’s staircase to Kinlochrannoch. From Kinlochrannoch take path up onto Stob Ban. Follow ridge round over Meall a Chaorainn and drop  down onto WHW to reach Fort William.  Take train back to Tyndrum.Continue NNE along the Glen Etive road beyond Dalness to reach the start of the Lairig Eilde path. Follow to the summit of the pass then leave the path to head due W to gain the summit of Stob Coirre Sgreamhach by its E corrie and S ridge. From the summit continue on the path leading to Bidean nam Beann to arrive at the col above the Lost Valley. Drop down into the valley and follow to Glen Coe.
