The views from Beeley Moor are superb, while the last hairpins on the climb of Rowsley Bar, scene the National Hill Climbing Championship are a great aerobic work out. However this is just the beginning, the route keeps heading into and back out of dale after dale, sometimes on super -fast descents, sometimes on singletrack climbs, hard tarmac slogs or just good old honest farm tracks.
