About trip
A 4.5 mile circular walk, starting at Gradbach Mill YHA. The walk mostly uses tracks and roads, with a fairly steep descent across fields at the end if you have walked anti-clockwise. Three Shires Head, the halfway point, is where Cheshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire meet. It is a very picturesque little spot on the River Dane.
