Trail Surface: Fairly Mixed route with some road, some forest road (fire road), and some short single track (technical) descents. The single track stuff is quite hair raising as it is fast steep, not flowing, has tight turns, big rocks and roots and trees very close the the track so watch your handle bars.(Single Track between 9 and 11 mile markers)
This single track is not an established MTB trail, more of a walking path but quite do-able (well sort of), or you can push those sections.
Load of good forest roads available if you don't like the idea of eating dirt, or a face full of rock.
Difficulty: Medium because of the dodgy descents
Conditions: Wet, Muddy trail but weather quite mild. Good leg warmer for a Sunday morning.
