About trip
I completed this ride in August 2013. As Stefjmbox commented it is difficult coming down from Garburn to Kentmere, but lots of fun. I allowed 7 hours with small snack breaks and getting lost a couple of times. You can see part 1 Langdale to Garburn here... http://youtu.be/wuqfX9NvR2o
