Bolton Abbey - Embsay moor - Rhylestone Cross - Cracoe Pinnacle - Burnsall - Simons Seat - Valley of Desolation - Strid wood
This is a tough walk, rewarded with fantastic views from Rhylestone Cross and Cracoe Pinnacle, later on Simons Seat. Well worth the effort.
Please note, the footpath is not very well defined accross Folly Top on the descent to Burnsall. Care should be taken walking through the tall heather here.
