About trip

This walk is a circular starting at Ufmoor Woods. We then walk to the top right hand side of the woods to the (emergency exit - I call it) and then on towards the firing range, turning right heading towards the main road. We then cross a nice little farm towards Dowery Dell Viaduct and then up to Ell Wood. Walking through the stunning Ell Wood we come out at the Swallows Nest. Crossing the main road we climb up to a Hugh part of Romsley looking over Birmingham and the Black Country... this is an incredible view! We then head west towards Ufmoor Lane and a lovely little church St Kenelms where we walk behind the church back into Ufmoor Wood and then back to our cars.

Parking is at Ufmoor Woods
