About trip
Started Oddiscliffe farm, got nearly into Bideford when realised gone wrong way! Went back, got to Bideford "Right way"! Down Tarka Trail to Puffing Billy, then veered right, leaving Tarka Trail and eventually reached Gt Torrington. Downhill to rejoin Tarka Trail at Puffing Billy, went further S on Tarka Trail to Yarde (orchard tea room), then back N up Tarka Trail to Bideford station and uphill to Oddiscliffe farm. Note lost GPS signal in middle. Actual mileage 30.26 as per Map My Fitness. Accompanied by Joey (jack Russell) who ran gamely to keep up. Warm sunny day but not hot. Both me & dog pleased to get back. Dog currently asleep!
