About trip
15k walk starting/ending in the carpark just north west of the North Wilts golf club. 10k in the morning to the Ivy Inn in Heddington for lunch. 5k after lunch. Real beer from the barrel (gravity fed) and good helpings of good wholesome food - steak pie is particularly good as was ham, egg and chips. The shortness of the walk in distance is some compensation for the exceptionally hill terrain. Last walked on 18/08/15.
