“Reverse” of the final section of the Rob Roy Way from Pitlochry back towards Aberfeldy.
walk commences with a sustained climb through forest for approx 2.5 miles towards the stone circle at Clachan an Diridh (350m), before descending steeply towards the River Tay at Grandtully.
From there, the route follows the route of the old railway for approx 4.5 miles along the Tay towards Aberfeldy.
Paths are generally well formed and signposted, with food and drink facilities available at Grandtully.
