40 hilly miles starting at 'The Cog' cafe in Tring, and finishing outside 'The Crow's Nest' public house on London Road. The course is not marked or marshalled, so please take extra care at junctions. You will need to open/close access gates as you enter Eythrope Park. Please ensure at least one member of the team has this course loaded into their Garmin and familiarises themselves with the route.
