15/07/15 12.42 miles Sandra & me Left stoney 8am Arrived 9am raining Started walking 9.30am finished 4pm Home 5pm Park at small space at the junction off the road to L. Muick 2.6 m/h moving av 2.0 m/h overall av 4 hrs 50 moving 1 hrs 30 stopped good clear paths to follow all the way to Sheil of GlenTanar& beyond. Good stop for lunch although no cover from above. Continue on track as far as possible, then keeping to animal paths keep beside the stream as far as possible. Cut bck up as Waterfall blocks way forward, therefore take the higher route. This stream was easy enough to cross where the animals cross. Continue following small path until bridge & main path can be seen. Continue on this double track all the way back to car. Excellent walk. Lots of deer, weather mixed, shower and rain.
