12/07/2022 GW/AW. Good walk but difficult because many trees have been blown down in the winter storms. This made it a long walk having to avoid the trees. On a clear day there are extensive views of the Lakeland mountain ranges including Coniston, Helvellan and Skiddaw. Also views of Black Combe and the Eastern fells. Distance 7.01 miles. Duration 3 hours and 57 minutes. Height gain 1101 feet.
