About trip
Tired of turkey? Downed a sweet sherry too many? Fed up with all the festive farting? Could be time to get up off the couch and join us for a jolly good trail run.
On Bank Holiday Tuesday morning, the second instalment of the Jolly Roger run sets off from the Star Inn in Crowlas. It’s a challenging self-navigation route across the Penwith moors, taking in the iconic Roger’s Tower (overlooking Castle Quarry) and over to Trencrom Hill via Baker’s Pit, Georgia, Nancledra and Cripplesease, before descending gradually back down to Crowlas.
