18/02/2023 GW/AW/BMC. Good walk down to the river Wharfe which was in full spate. The over to Threshfield and on to the moors. The walk up through Coniston Nib was interesting with some scrambling. Distance 11.77 miles. Duration 5 hours and 2 minutes. Height gain 1370 feet.
