27/07/2017 GW/AW. Very scenic but give plenty of time to enjoy the ups and downs. Done 3 times up to now. Try opposite way around. Give time for a swim at Colton Fishacre cove. Distance 5.9 miles. Duration 2 hours 52 minutes. Height gain 836 feet.
