WALK TITLE – Flash, Knotbury & Three Shires Head – approx. 7.0 miles
DESCRIPTION – Starting at Gradbach, walk across fields to Wicken Walls. Continue along tracks to Flash and then on to Three Shires Head via Knotbury Common. Follow paths and tracks back to Gradbach.
DIRECTIONS TO START OF WALK – The walk starts beside the River Dane at Gradbach car park (postcode SK17 0SU, grid ref. SJ998662)
Take the A54 towards Buxton. Just before the Rose and Crown Inn take a sharp right turn. After approx. 1.5 miles continue onto Love Lane. After a 0.5 mile turn sharp right into Gradbach MI Lane. The car park can be found on the right-hand side after a further 0.3 miles.
