About trip
Travel up the valley from Staverley and park at the Church (should be ok if you get there fairly early). Walk straight up Kentmere to teh Nan Bield Pass, turn left and you will eventually level off onto high street. Head back and bear to right. I have taken you around Froswick but you can do it if you feel up to it. Down to the Garburn pass. Turn left and back to the start.
