About trip
Circular Walk taking in the Rumps & Pentire Point.
Great view up the Camel Estuary towards Padstow.
You can extend it by taking a stroll around the Rumps. The Rumps is a cliff castle located on a narrow walkway leading to twin headlands, estimated to be inhabited from 200BC-100AD.
I grew up in Polzeath so probably a little biased but it sure is in the top stretches of the SW Coast Path.
