About trip

Start at Bulls Head pub and follow track uphill to Higher Ogden toward Ogden Edge and then eventuall turn right and head down to Huddersfield Road. Cross over to Little Rochdale Parish, up to Whitesides and encircle Brushes (Compton Fold) to the viewpoint and around the quarry. Then head west past disused quarries to Slences and then head downhill passing Bethany farm further to the left and then across Huddersfield Road and return back to the pub.
