Chippenham is my home town.There are many things to like about it, not least the easy accessibility of attractive countryside. This walk has much variety including a length of disused railway tract converted to a cycle and walk way, the River Avon and attractive farm land with fine cattle. It starts and finishes from the railway station where we have trains to London every half hour, taking about an hour and a quarter. So you could do in from London in half a day!
