About trip
Start and finish at the Compton pub. Varied terrain including woodland and riverside footpaths. There is a mediaeval bridge spanning the river Chew at Publow, next to the church which has a very fine 15thC tower. Allow approx 2.5 hours. Can be muddy in places along the river bank.
