About trip

When approaching the end of the little used track near Bankben Hill  you will notice a stone deer path at your 11o'clock, follow it maintaining the treeline on your immediate right including when it enters the trees going straight on, the path is easily followed and moderately easy to walk throughout, you will regain the main forest road just 600ft north of the Loch Whinyeon junction after an easy descent.
