13/01/2019 Sandra, Lindsay, Richard and me 11.65 miles 497m ascent 2.7 m/h 2.1 m/h 4 hrs 23 moving 1 hr 10 stopped Left Stoney 9am Started walking 9:49 Finished walking 15:22 Home 16:30 Car 30 miles. Avoid farmers field at NO516043. EXTREME Mud and Cows!!! Nice walk except MUD and cows, on a variety of tracks and paths. It may be possible to go into a field without cows to skirt the farm as it was a lovely walk apart from this. Mainly dry day with light showers.
