Description -: The route is mostly on tracks and paths with some field walking. It starts in Bollington to Billinge Quarries, to Rainolow, passes Savio House at Oakengates to Waulkmill Wood and under White Nancy to Kerridge. Along the canal and Middleway back to the start.
Meeting Place and Time -: Astbury Mere for departure at 9.00am
Directions to Start -: Adlington Road Car Park. Take your preferred route to Macclesfield, then the A523 towards Stockport. At a roundabout, take the B5090 to Bollington. Continue for approx 1.5 miles and turn left immediately after passing a Co-op store and before the Dog and Partridge Pub into Adlington Road. Car park is on the left with free parking and toilets.
