We started this walk from St Dogmaels and walked anti-clockwise but you could start from Moylgrove. There are toilets and a cafe at the car park for Poppit Sands. St Dogmaels is the end (or start!) of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Most of the walk is along the coast path, with fabulous coastal views, and turns inland at Ceibwr Bay towards Moylgrove. The track comes back into St Dogmaels near the remains of the abbey and there are options for refreshment, including the Ferry Inn which has great views over the estuary.
