The perfect ride for a quick East London to Essex blast. Quiet country lanes, a few rolling hills (nothing to crazy on the climb front), a great (must see) coffee stop in Abridge and a nice run back into London - what's not to like! Stop at The Blue Rooms Cafe in Abridge for coffee and cake.
