Circular Walk from Car Park at Exceat via Severn Sisters - Birling Gap - East Dean - Friston Forest - West Dean, returning to the Car Park. Aproximately 8 miles (12.5kms) Refreshment: Food/Drink at Birling Gap or The Tiger Inn, East Dean (pub) Fabulous walk/views although The Severn Sisters section might be a little tough on some.
