Starting at Limehouse station Is an easy 8 mile walk by Canals and through Victoria Park passing the Olympic Park and and ending at The Narrow (pub/restaurant) on the riverside. The short diversion takes you to Broadway Market(Saturday) which is worth a visit for refreshment/lunch.
